If you are a filmmaker, or a promoter or agent for one, I do take requests to review movies. I don't have a formal process or application to fill out, just simply contact me via Twitter, Facebook or you can email me.
I prefer to download movies rather than stream them as streaming is not highly reliable here. I can resume broken downloads compared to streaming. If you have the film on YouTube or Vimeo in many instances I can download the file. Downloading the film also allows me to do screencaps for a review. Of course if your screener has text or watermarks then screencaps are out of the question anyway.
If you have a resource page with a poster and screencaps, or IMDb page where I can get a poster image and screencaps, please let me know. If you don't have a poster image I will sometimes make one for the review; simply because it looks good when I share the link to the review on social media.
Though my review format is a simple 1 to 5 rating, even though I express it in fingers, there is a plus rating that applies to 2 and 3 finger ratings only. Have a look at My Review Format to better understand how I review movies and my rating system.
